Therapy in the Scottish Highlands

My name is Emma and I am a certified practitioner of BodyTalk, Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki based near Grantown on Spey in the Scottish Highlands. I am a Director at the Highland Wellness Centre in Inverness and I practise in Inverness, Grantown-on-Spey and online.

​I discovered EFT in 2010 when I was looking for a tool to help with performance nerves during my career as a professional musician. I was amazed at the profound results despite its simplicity and began to apply it to other areas of life. I found it to be highly valuable and wanted to share this technique with others, so began training and certified as an EFT practitioner in 2021. I discovered BodyTalk in 2018 when I needed help with a chronically under-functioning immune system, as well as low energy and chronic pain. I was seeking something that took into account the relationship with body and mind, as well as underlying root causes and found that BodyTalk covered all of this and more. Following sessions, my immune system function and energy levels improved, pain reduced and hay fever and asthma symptoms disappeared. I knew I wanted to study this modality and I certified as a BodyTalk Practitioner in 2023. I still use both for my own health and wellbeing and continue to find them hugely beneficial.​
